The "staff view" and the "self-service view" are looking at the same data, using the same Process Architecture, Commerce Tools and CRM database. All reporting and Business Intelligence is being drawn from live information located in one single repository. iMIS comes with 600+ Reports that can be easily tailored. The reporting tool in iMIS is Crystal Reports and as a Microsoft based product iMIS also integrates with the MS Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel) allowing easy extraction of data for analysis and list building.
